Homemade creamy asparagus and  pea soup served with crusty bread

2. Antunna Infurrada (V)

with Large portobello mushroom topped with spinach leaves and blue cheese served on a bed of rocket leaves.

3. Gamberoni Olive Branch

Jumbo Crevettes peeled and served on a bed of shredded lettuce leaves with a spicy cherry tomato concasse.

4. Proscuitto e Pera

Parma ham thinly cut, served with a poached cinnamon pear and balsamic vinegar syrup.
